We strictly mandate that all third-party IT infrastructure providers, professional consultants, and facility vendors adhere to identical ethical standards.
Strict Enforcement
The Firm reserves the absolute right to unilaterally terminate any vendor contract if evidence of human exploitation or labor violations is detected.
1. Institutional Zero-Tolerance Policy
In alignment with global human rights standards, including the core conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), the principles underlying the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010, and the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, Aydemir Law Firm maintains a rigid, zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labor, child labor, debt bondage, and human trafficking in all forms.
2. Supply Chain Integrity
As a provider of professional legal services, our operational supply chain is relatively limited, primarily consisting of IT infrastructure providers, professional consultants, office supply vendors, document management services, and facility management services. Nonetheless, we are committed to ensuring that our business operations and supply chains are entirely free from human exploitation, forced labor, and trafficking.
The Firm strictly mandates that all third-party vendors, suppliers, and contractors adhere to identical ethical standards. The Firm reserves the absolute right to unilaterally terminate any vendor contract or professional relationship should any evidence of forced labor, human trafficking, labor rights violations, or exploitative employment practices be detected within their operations or supply chains. The Firm conducts periodic due diligence reviews of its supply chain and requires written certifications of compliance from key vendors.
3. Reporting Mechanisms
Any employee, contractor, vendor, or third party who suspects or becomes aware of any instance of modern slavery, forced labor, or human trafficking in connection with the Firm’s operations or supply chain is strongly encouraged to report such concerns immediately and in confidence to info@aydlaw.com. The Firm provides robust whistleblower protections and will not tolerate any retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith.
